Defyn Insurance Advisory successfully held its three-day Strategic Planning Retreat from 19th to 21st March at the prestigious Best Western Premier Hotel, Accra, bringing together management and key team members to reflect on the company’s journey, evaluate its strategic direction, and develop a roadmap for sustainable growth and service excellence.
Held under the theme “Charting the Pathway to Professional Excellence,” the retreat provided a platform for meaningful discussions, strategic alignment, and collaborative planning aimed at strengthening Defyn’s position as a trusted insurance advisory firm in Ghana.
The retreat focused on reviewing organizational performance, assessing emerging opportunities within the insurance industry, and identifying innovative approaches to delivering superior value to clients.
